Instruments: stringed & other unique designs

Article Tools

Many manufacturers of unique instruments, such as electric guitars, have trademarks registered for their product designs (i.e. The ESP Guitar Company, Fender, and Gibson). Protections may lie in instrument body shape (including headstocks, tuning boxes), as well as specific detailing to that manufacturer. Though the variations in design combinations are numerous, and may initially seem “classic”, they most often are not generic in appearance.

Any content showing a trademarked element, such as a design protected headstock, is not suitable for commercial use.

Imagery of these instruments may be suitable for editorial use.
