It is the photographer’s responsibility to abide by and adhere to any National Park regulations around commercial filming and still photography.

All necessary permits must be gathered and maintained by the photographer.

Although this caution applies to every country, most national parks in Australia are covered by legislation that requires a photographer to seek a permit to photograph.
